SHIPPING:
Domestic Deliveries.
We offer FREE standard delivery on every order within Singapore. The delivery time for standard delivery is 2-3 working days, following receipt of the e-mail with the delivery confirmation. Please leave a contact number on your order confirmation for ease of delivery or rescheduling.
Free Self Collection Option - Badger & Fox, #02-151 Tanglin Mall
International Deliveries.
For international deliveries, Bravo Collection charges flat fee SGD 25 for Courier Service (DHL or Fedex). Product will be processed for shipping in 1-3 working days.
Order Tracking.
You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped out and will receive a code so you can track your parcel. If you have any questions about your order please feel free to email us on bravocollection.asia@gmail.com
RETURNS:
All Products purchased on www.bravo-collection.com may be returned within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery of the Product, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A product that has been worn or is damaged, soiled, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

REFUNDS:
Once your returned Product has been checked, Bravo Collection will send you an e-mail letting you know if the Product has been accepted. Bravo Collection will then proceed with either refunding your money or allowing you to purchase a substitute Product. In case of a refund, a SGD 6.00 return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount if the refunded item(s) benefitted from free shipping. Please note that your shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
