After completing your order and making the payment, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping from our studio in Ukraine.

Processing Time

All pieces are custom made to order in our studio. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping worldwide:

Orders up to 0.5 kg — €15 per package
Orders above 0.5 kg — €20 per package

Free worldwide shipping is available on orders over €200.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped by registered mail via Ukrposhta.

Estimated delivery time to most destinations is between 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.

Exchanges to your order

You can exchange your order up to 14 days after receiving it. Products for exchange must be returned in perfect condition. Linen Tonic products must not have been used, handled, or washed. Only products returned with the original packaging, completely intact, and with the original labels on each product will be accepted. In addition, the original invoice accompanying the delivery must be presented along with the returned products. Exchanges or returns of discounted items are not accepted. Exchanges can be made in person at our store, or sent to the following address:

Linen Tonic & Co is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning a product for an exchange. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

We only accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order.
Linen Tonic & Co is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning a product for an exchange. These charges will be the customer's responsibility. The cost of returning the product will be the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed if the return is our responsibility (defective product, for example).
The refund will only be processed after confirmation of the condition of the products and will always use the same payment method used for the original purchase. In the case of payment by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account or card and will be immediately available.

Return Policy

If the items you wish to return are in new condition, you have 14 days to return them (all items must be returned unused, undamaged and unworn).
