We only accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order.
Linen Tonic & Co is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning a product for an exchange. These charges will be the customer's responsibility. The cost of returning the product will be the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed if the return is our responsibility (defective product, for example).
The refund will only be processed after confirmation of the condition of the products and will always use the same payment method used for the original purchase. In the case of payment by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account or card and will be immediately available.
Products for exchange must be returned in perfect condition. Linen Tonic products must not have been used, handled, or washed. Only products returned with the original packaging, completely intact and with the original labels of each product, will be accepted. In addition, the original invoice accompanying the order must be presented along with the returned products. Returns can be made in person at any of our stores, or sent to the following address:

Once a package is received, verified, and approved, a refund for the full order amount will be issued and the refund will be available within 5 business days.
